Apartment, Paris 15th

The project was to group and and renovate two apartments located in the 15th arrondissement of Paris : a first 90 sqm duplex, and a second 50 sqm flat located on the same level as the lower duplex one. The two apartments must be connected through a structural concrete wall. A dressing room created along the new connection cancels the structural barrier. The project also includes lighting, mostly indirect, through new suspended ceilings coves. All rooms have been fitted with fully integrated custom storage. The higher level was changed to reconfigure the kitchen and create a new dining room in continuity with the living room volume.
